Dr Navarro Now Referring Patients to Dr Al-Misky
Before Dr Luis Navarro’s retirement at the end of 2023, he emailed patients, “…we would highly recommend Dr Ousaima Al-Misky for quality sclerotherapy…Dr Al-Misky was trained by myself and worked alongside me for many years. She has 20+ years’ phlebology experience & I believe she can provide our patients with a high level of care and expertise - she utilized the same protocols and methods that we developed for painless sclerotherapy & also treats hands, face, & breast.”
Dr Al-Misky is now practicing under the Vein Treatment Center name at her office at 910 Fifth Avenue, Ground Floor. Please call or text her office at 212-249-6117 or 212-888-8688.

Out of Town Patients

Out of Town Patients

Dr. Al-Misky regularly treats patients from all over the United States and all over the world- she is accustomed to treating patients with a limited window of time in NYC. Her practice at the corner of 5th Avenue and 72nd Street makes it convenient for many visitors to get there on foot, car, or public transportation.

Dr. Al-Misky requests that out of town visitors contact her office two months ahead of when they would like to receive treatment. This lead time helps ensure that Dr Al-Misky can allocate enough time to get all of the needed treatment done while the patient is in the city. In the first in-office consultation, Dr. Al-Misky will use an ultrasound to have the most accurate diagnosis of which veins need treatment. For out-of-town patients, she can have a brief FaceTime or Skype consultation previous to the office visit. This consultation would allow her to see the patient’s skin condition and can then estimate how much treatment is needed. Ideally patients would make their schedules flexible for 4 to 6 days while in NYC to allow Dr. Al-Misky to get all of the treatments done that are needed.
